Cancellation Policy

At K3 Apartments, our goal is to offer flexible booking and stay conditions. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before completing your reservation.

Free Cancellation

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date without any charge.

If payment has already been made:

• 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, or
• the full deposit will be refunded if only a deposit has been paid.

Cancellations Within 14 Days

If a cancellation is made within 14 days prior to arrival, the reservation is considered non-refundable and 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.

No refund will be issued.

No-show

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show and 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
