To ensure the best possible experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review the following terms of stay.
By completing your reservation and staying at the property, you are considered to have accepted the terms below.

Check-in / Check-out

If you would like to request a different arrival or departure time, please contact us in advance. Availability depends on the property’s schedule.

Children and Infants

Infants stay free of charge.
A baby cot is available upon request and subject to availability.
Please inform us in advance if you require a baby cot.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed at the property.

Damage to the Property

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the apartment’s equipment and facilities.
In the event of damage caused during the stay, the property reserves the right to request compensation for the cost of repair or replacement.

Visitors

The apartments may only be used by the guests listed on the reservation.
Additional guests are not permitted to stay without prior notification and approval from the property management.

Quiet Hours

Please respect the designated quiet hours.
Quiet hours are particularly observed during the following times:
15:00 – 17:30
23:00 – 07:00

Cleanliness and Equipment

Guests are kindly asked to use the apartment equipment with care.
All equipment and items provided in the apartment are intended for use within the property only.

Safety

Guests are responsible for:
- closing windows and doors when leaving the apartment
- switching off electrical appliances when not in use
The property is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

Availability and Changes

Property management reserves the right to modify the terms of stay when necessary.
